Hoskins Consulting Service (HCS) is a company dedicated to educating professionals and the community at large about the dangers of gang violence.

The vision of HCS is to educate society’s youth on the dangers of gang affiliations. More importantly, to convey to them that life is about making positive choices.

At the company’s inception, conversations with youth about their direction yielded great concern for Mr. Hoskins, founder of HCS. This prompted him to conduct research on the various aspect of gang life in the urban communities, enabling him to start on the quest for CHANGE.

Gang violence isn’t a new phenomenon neither is educating our youth on not joining gangs. However, with our desire to bring together education and our experience in the field of gangs; the outcome will foster self development, self-fulfillment, and achievement in our troubled youth.
